GREATER OPPORTUNITIES FOR CONTROL OVER INJECTION PROCESS
High quality of production through selection of various heads and needles and a range of settings for all parameters.
SAS SYSTEM INJECTORS
are intended to implement the most advanced injection processes covering a wide range of raw materials:
- muscles and elements of red meat, bone or boneless
 - whole poultry and parts of white meat, bone or boneless
 - fresh meat – white and red
 - fish and fish fillets

High production capacity
- independent servo-drive injection head and conveyor systems
 - transporter drive synchronized with injection head drive to enable various injection pattern combinations
 - conveyor with electronic speed control to move product through process

Uniform distribution of brine
- pumps independently supplying each head *
 - special pump for high viscosity brines (optional)
 - consistent regulation of brine pressure to each individual head
 - option to divide the heads into two independent sections with different pressures (optional, for double-head machines)

* for multi-head injectors
Multi-stage brine filtration system
- internal filter with replaceable cartridges with different graduation, based on the type of the needles; the level of filter contamination is automatically controlled by the controller
 - FBN rotary filter with slot drum for cleaning of return brine, option of matching the slot to the return brine
 - specially shaped filter bottom
 - optional use of protein filter

Quick and effective cleaning system
- easy and fast replacement of needle heads
 - head hygiene system that shortens the washing time of the internal part of injection head
