Monitored data can be displayed in an interactive window or a diagram of work in time-function.
All the monitored data can be saved as a file on a computer. In the event of an emergency the data can be retrieved by the monitoring program. It’s also possible to print a diagram of parameters in time-function as a documentation of a technological process.
The program allows observation remotely on a screen with the ability to save to a computer all of the technological data of the injector, including:
- program name and number
- batch number
- number of operating personnel
- process time
- brine pressure
- set injection level control – refers to SAS W injectors series
- brine temperature
- head speed
- injection mode
- injection time
- shutdown time
- head positions
- conveyor stroke
- current alarms
- status of the device (device working mode)
